that's it, i've F-in had it with hollywood

1) early last week, i request a neteller withdrawal...
2) i wait
3) i wait
4) i wait
5) i finally find out (via an email from them) that they CANCELLED my neteller withdrawal request and are sending it via FedEX (which i didn't ask for) and are sending it to an addresss that I don't currently reside at (due to temporary business)
6) i call them last thursday and waste an hour of my time getting them to reprocess the neteller
7) after realizing their incompetency, i request the rest of my balance sent via neteller. screw it...i need to take my money out of there and move on. they don't deserve my business.
8) i am sent numerous emails informing me ALL the money will be there by sunday, promise.
9) i get the first $11,800 via neteller...so far, so good...
10) midnight sunday comes, where's the other $2,200? i was told BY sunday it would be there...ALL of it...
11) i call CS late last night (sunday), they tell me they had a "problem" with Neteller, they can't send the other $2,200 til monday (but the first $11,800 went thru fine, wtf?)
12) i wait til monday (today)
13) i just get ANOTHER email saying, that NOW i'm NOT going to get anything via Neteller....but by F-in FEDEX!!!
14) i call, no one knows what the problem is/was
15) their withdrawal department is gone for the day (how convenient)...
16) i finally get ahold of john (an old Hollywood CS guy) who promises to cancel the check/stop payment (WHICH HAS ALREADY BEEN SENT...unbelievable) and to help me out
17) now i have to wait until TOMORROW MORNING so he can get ahold of their WD department and RE-REQUEST a NEW neteller WD for the remaining $2,200

un-F-in-believable...

my advice, avoid this book like the plague....

and to think, we used to mention the name Hollywood in the same breath as pinnacle, wsex, cascade, mansion, matchbook, cris, olympic, etc.

wow, those days are LONG gone...

once you lose your reputation, you never get it back. what a shame.

i've never been this frustrated with a book, with any book. i have no problems when someone makes a mistake, even a sportsbook. but when it happens, just own up to it and tell me what you're going to do to make it right...

but these guys...they don't even acknowledge their mistakes, let alone offer to do anything to fix the problem or to make it up to you. this is the worst customer service i've ever seen!

I'm in the same boat, requested a Neteller but they sent me a check instead to the wrong address. The sent MY check via regular mail, and those assholes have told me 6 weeks till I can get my money! Be gld you are getting anything this soon. I'm still pissed off at them.

I hate it when clients put the wrong phone numbers, emails, and addresses on their accounts. I play at several on-line books and I always make sure the information is correct and updated.

What I don´t think clients understand is sportsbooks are basically like banks and you would want to make sure your local bank has updated info. especially when you have money in the account, right?

Christian, I feel bad for you man. I know if you were at their HQ you would have a tough time deciding whether taking an uzi to the place or not.


The only thing I can think of that is worse than this, is actually getting stiffed.




Sims has been saying the same thing for the last 4 years and I think it's starting to sink in with me.

i got stiffed for over $5,000 back in, i think, 2001...when Caribi went under. i know what that feels like...

yeah, this is just an annoyance..

but what makes it so tough for me, is that i used to LOVE hollywood! i absolutely loved the book. one of my top 5 books, for sure...

to see how far they've fallen, and how quickly, is a real shame.
